Oprah speech inspired the world! Because how sad is a world that pays men more than women in the same employment position. How sad is it that sexual abuse happens everywhere. How sad is it that the first people to have to work in some third world countries are young girls so their brothers can continue to be schooled. How sad is it that during poverty and displacement the first people to be sold are the young girls into slavery and the sex trade.

Having studied biology it blows me away that in nearly all animal species around the world the males have to prove themselves fit enough, good enough and often colorful enough to have certain moments with the females. Sexual selection is powerful because its all about survival of the fittest!

Somewhere we women forgot to acknowledge our worth. To acknowledge that our bodies are incredible pure structures that enable new life to grow. To acknowledge our abilities to balance business and life with empathy, ethics, stability, love, understanding, passion, perseverance, influence and hard work. To acknowledge that those children we bring into this world need to be of strong mind and character to help lead the next generations in so many ways. To acknowledge that the person who we have children with and spend the rest of our lives with matters. BE SELECTIVE!

There are amazing males out there, ones who will show they deserve your time, your smile, your moments! Life is to short to put up with anything less…

And to those amazing males its time now to show the ones that aren’t doing things right that they need to lift their game!
